At DGP Sports, we take pride in the authenticity and quality of our trading cards and collectibles. Due to the volatile nature of the trading card market and the potential for product tampering, we adhere to a strict return policy.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

Single Cards: This includes raw cards, graded slabs (PSA, BGS, SGC, etc.), and lot purchases. This policy ensures cards are not handled, swapped, or altered after leaving our inventory.

Opened Sealed Products: Any factory-sealed boxes, packs, or cases that have been opened or show signs of tampering.

Unsealed Booster Boxes (Brand Policy): In accordance with manufacturer policies to deter scalping (e.g., certain One Piece TCG releases), some booster boxes may have the exterior shrink wrap/seal removed by the distributor or at the time of shipping. If a product is sold or shipped without its exterior seal for this reason, the sale is final.

Clearance/Flash Sale Items: Any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
Returnable Items
Returns are accepted only for the following, provided they are in the exact condition in which they were received:

Sealed Wax/Supplies: Factory-sealed boxes or cases that remain in their original, untouched condition (excluding the "unsealed" exceptions noted above).

Apparel/Merchandise: Unworn items with original tags attached.
Timeline & Fees: These items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
There is also a 15% restocking fee on all returns. If there was shipping costs to ship the item, that amount is non-refundable. The refund will be from the product only.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or if we shipped the wrong product:

Contact us immediately at support@dgpsports.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide Documentation: Include your order number and clear photos of the damage (including the shipping box) or the incorrect item.

Do Not Open: If you receive an incorrect item, do not open it. If the seal is broken or the product is handled, it becomes non-returnable.
