1. Market Volatility & Pricing The trading card market is highly volatile. Prices for cards and sealed wax can fluctuate rapidly based on player performance, news, and market demand.

  • DGP Sports reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

  • We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases if the market price of an item drops after you buy it.

  • In the event of a technical error (e.g., a $500 box listed for $5.00), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.

2. Product Descriptions We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, for "Stock Images" of single cards (where we have multiples of the same card), the centering or condition may vary slightly from the image shown, though we guarantee the card is in the stated condition (e.g., Near Mint).

3. Limitation of Liability DGP Sports shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.

4. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.

5. AI-Assisted Content & Data Accuracy DGP Sports utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, and automated tools to assist in the generation of product titles, descriptions, specifications, and blog content. While we strive for 100% accuracy, these tools may occasionally produce errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies regarding specific card details (e.g., year, set name, parallel type, or player statistics).

  • Verification: You acknowledge that you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the item based on the product images provided before making a purchase.

  • Image Precedence: In the event of a conflict between the AI-generated textual description/title and the actual photograph or scan of the card, the visual evidence in the photograph shall govern.

  • No Liability: DGP Sports shall not be held liable for typographical errors, factual inaccuracies, or omissions generated by AI tools. If you spot a discrepancy, please contact us prior to purchase.
