At DGP Sports, we take pride in the authenticity and quality of our trading cards and collectibles. Due to the volatile nature of the sports card market and the potential for product tampering, we adhere to a strict return policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

Single Cards: This includes raw cards, graded slabs (PSA, BGS, SGC, etc.), and lot purchases. This policy ensures that cards are not handled, swapped, or altered after leaving our inventory.

Opened Sealed Products: Any factory-sealed boxes, packs, or cases that have been opened, had the shrink wrap removed, or show signs of tampering.
Returnable Items
Returns are accepted only for:

Sealed Wax/Supplies: Factory-sealed boxes or cases that remain in their original, untouched condition.

Apparel/Merchandise: Unworn items with tags attached.
These items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or if we shipped the wrong product:

Contact us immediately at support@dgpsports.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage (including the shipping box) or the incorrect item.

Do not open sealed incorrect items, or they will become non-returnable.
